Privacy policy

What we collect
The details you send through our inquiry form or newsletter signup: names, email, phone if given, and what you tell us about the trip you want.
How we use it
To reply to you, plan and book your travel, and, if you subscribed, to send our weekly newsletter. Bookings are made through Fora Travel, Inc., which handles booking data under its own privacy policy at foratravel.com.
Who we share it with
Only the hotels, suppliers and services needed to plan and book your trip, and the tools we use to run this site and our email (for example our form and newsletter providers). We do not sell your information.
Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. You can also reply to any email and ask to be removed.
Your choices
Email concierge@therightwaythere.com to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.
